AAAI-25 Poster Sessions

February 27-March 1, 2025 | Pennsylvania Convention Center | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Poster Sessions will take place Thursday, February 27 – Saturday, March 1st from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in Exhibit Hall E on the 200 Level of the West Building.

You may install your poster in the exhibit hall anytime between **8:00am and 12:00pm** on the day of your poster session. It is your responsibility to remove your poster after your designated poster reception.

Poster Printing Resources at the Convention Center

There is a UPS Store facility on the Level 200 of the Convention Center that offers poster printing services.
All printing must be arranged with the store directly at store7187@theupsstore.com.
Costs for poster printing will vary and are the sole responsibility of the poster presenter.

Please note the following:

• Posters will be assigned a number which will correspond to a display location on the shared poster board in Exhibit Hall E on the 200 Level.
• Your in-person poster should be no larger than 40 inches wide or 40 inches high.
• The posters can be either landscape or portrait orientation if they do not exceed the 40-inch width and height limits.
• Tacks are provided near the poster boards.
